    We ask that you make payment within 5 days of purchase.  If you need longer to pay, please let us know, we are happy to work with our customers.  If you purchase more than one item from our store, please ask for a combined shipping invoice so we can give you a shipping discount.  We ship Monday through Friday and will send out your purchase the next business day after your purchase.  You have 30 days to return an item and we will refund the price of the iem.  For exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping both ways.  Any damaged or defective items should be reported within 5 days of receipt.
