    Approx. 2" x 2.5" Unfolded,
    Khaki
    cloth background, cut-edged, no border.  Standard Scroll w/ "Be Prepared" Second Class emblem design.  This variety has the plain cloth with no gauze (Non-plastic) backing.  Issued between 1946-54.  Mint condition, however folded but ironed out! See front & back scans!  Shipping & Handling are Free within USA!
