Dress was tailored to be knee-length to meet age category requirements, but never worn. Pageant was cancelled due to the pandemic. Dress is New w/o labels. Comes with puff-shape sleeves if needed to meet pageant requirements; these were not added at the time due to event cancellation. Comes from a Covid-free, pet-free, perfume-free home.
