    This model is compatible with USPS, UPS, Fedex and most of the shipping software on the market.
    Please make sure you use "Direct Thermal Labels", Thermal transfer labels do not work with this model. Also make sure you have fresh labels since the reactive coating on the labels deteriorates with time.
